All applicants using background music must have a backup media for performance such as a thumb-drive, SD Card, or CD. A signed application form must be submitted before anyone will be permitted to audition.

By having a parent or guardian sign the registration form, it is an agreement to release all parties and persons from any liability for any damage claims that may arise from furnishing registration information to MIC-ed Up 2023 as well as from the use or disclosure of such information, by MIC-ed Up 2023, or any of its agents, employees, or representatives assiting on behalf of MIC-ed Up 2023.

Any misrepresentation, falsification, or material omission of information on the registration form may result in the rejection of a talent to participate in the MIC-ed Up 2023 audition and/or in the MIC-ed Up 2023 event itself.

 

MIC-ed Up 2023 reserves the right the use the talent's likeness for marketing and promotions for the MIC-ed Up 2023 awards conference. Auditions will begin promptly at 1PM on November 4, 2023 and acceptance of applications, to audition, will conclude at 3PM.

All auditioning talent will be judged on a numerical basis from the following categories:

• Stage Presence

• Appearance  in terms of appropriate attire

• Production value of the performance

• The creativity of the performance

• Delivery of the presentation

​

The three (3) highest scores will be the winners to perform at MIC-ed Up 2023 at 6PM on December 1, 2023. Winners will be notified at conclusion of the auditions. Should there be a tied scored, an additional runoff performance will be held immediately or the following day with alternate judges.
